OUR Mission Statement

Ornate, decorative swirl design element in black.

We believe every person, from the moment of conception, is uniquely created by God with purpose and value, and deserves to be honored and remembered in death. We believe our business needs to first be a ministry, to the families we serve and the communities we are priviledged to be a part of.

To our family, funeral service is not simply a profession — it is a calling. We know every person and relationship is one of a kind and leaves a unique pain behind when death occurs. It is an incredible honor to be trusted with the care of a loved one in the midst of that pain and it is an honor we do not take lightly. We are not facebook perfect but we strive for perfection in all we do for the families we serve.

Because every loved one is cherished, we maintain a residence at each of our locations. We believe that while someone is in our care, they should be in a home — not a building that sits empty after hours.

Because we want to come alongside our families with care and compassion, we sell our caskets and vaults at cost. Our focus is on serving people, not making a sale.

And while our family-owned funeral homes have served the community for more than 120 years, we never want history alone to define us. We continue looking for better ways to care for families, which is why we have expanded to include our flower shop (Vintage Boutique), reception hall (Chantry Place), and monument company (Firm Foundation). When we see a need, we work to provide a meaningful solution.

At the heart of all we do is a simple belief: death deserves compassion, families deserve care, and service should always be personal. In moments of loss, people may not remember every detail of what was said or done, but they will remember how they were treated. Our prayer is that every family who walks through our doors experiences kindness, dignity, and the comfort of being cared for well.
