John George Labiak

John George Labiak, age 50 of Parkesburg, passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at home after a courageous battle with cancer.  Born in Coatesville on February 10, 1976 he was the son of the late Diane Fiore Labiak and John E. Labiak who also passed away on Wednesday just hours after his son.  He is survived by his wife, Jamie Labiak; 2 sons, Mason and Parker Labiak; sister, Ann Labiak and uncle George Labiak.  He graduated from Coatesvile Area High School in 1994 and he truly enjoyed working at Astro Machine as a machine shop manager.  He loved his nieces, nephews and other family dearly, along with his close friends, Ron, Stacie and Michelle.  He was a great father, always wanting to spend time with his boys.  He was known to be a jokester and make people laugh.  He loved boating, spending time with his dogs, roughhousing with his boys and annual beach trips with his family.  A funeral service will be held at Shivery Funeral Home, 111 Elizabeth Street, Christiana, on Saturday, May 16th at 11 a.m. with a viewing time from 10 a.m. until the time of service.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions toward a college fund may be made payable to Mason and Parker college fund and mailed to 292 Walnut Drive, Parkesburg, PA 19365.
