Grace E. Murry, age 88, of Lancaster, PA passed away at Penn Medicine, Lancaster General Hospital on Thursday, March 13, 2025.  Born in Mt. Nebo, she was the daughter of the late Amos E. and Esther I. Martin Murry.

Grace was born and raised on a farm and enjoyed the farm life and being outdoors.  She later went to work at Hubley Toy for several years, then moved on to work mat Penn Dairies and finally retired from Kemp Foods in the ice cream division.

She is survived by two sisters, Erma wife of David Feister and Edna Hackman wife of the late Glenn Hackman. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews with whom she enjoyed visiting. She loved playing marbles and card games with them.

Preceding her in death besides her parents are the following siblings: Ella Spangler, Esther James, Clarence Murry, Elmer Murry, Anna Ginder, Amos Murry, Ruth Murry, Verna Oberholtzer, Robert Murry and John Murry.

She attended New Life Church and looked forward to seeing her church friends each week.

Funeral services will be held at Mt. Nebo United Methodist Church, 673 Martic Heights Drive, Pequea, PA on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 11:00AM with Pastor Moses Baker officiating.  Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery.  A viewing will be held at the church from 9:00AM until the time of service.
