Elizabeth M. King

Elizabeth M. King, age 80, of Ronks, passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital. She was the wife of David S. King. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Aaron S. and Katie S. Kauffman Riehl.  Elizabeth was a member of Community Bible Church, Gordonville. She enjoyed music, the beach, birds and was a prayer warrior for family and friends. In addition to her husband, she is survived by 4 children: David Lee husband of Michele Martin King of New Providence, Kathryn Sue wife of Willie Zook of Mohnton, PA, Daryl husband of Elizabeth Leach King of Paradise, Duane husband of Heidi Shue King of Peach Bottom, 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 3 siblings: Omar husband of Rose Koerner Riehl of Goshen, IN, Priscilla wife of Michael Bahn, Edna Quay of both of Lancaster, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Aaron S. Riehl, Jr., and Elam K. late husband of Danita Beitzel Riehl of Lancaster.

Funeral service will take place at Grace Point Church, 10 S. Singer Avenue, Paradise on Wednesday, January 28 at 11 a.m. with a time to meet the family from 10 a.m. until time of service. Interment will be in the Paradise Mennonite Cemetery.
