Charles H. Huber

Charles H. Huber, age 79 of Quarryville, passed away on Friday, April 14, 2023 at Newport Meadows Nursing Home.  He was the husband of Carol Haas Huber for 25 years.  Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Merle Huber.  He worked for Burnham Commercial Boilers in Lancaster.  Charles loved to do landscaping, hunting, and watching western movies.  Surviving besides his wife is a son; Robert, husband of Brenda Zink of Quarryville, 3 step sons; Joe, husband of Deb DeCola of VA, Gary, husband of Andrea DeCola of Reading, Tim, husband of Amy DeCola of Basking Ridge, NJ, a granddaughter, Kelly, great-granddaughter, Colsyn, 5 step grandchildren, Eric, Nick, Westin, Ayvin, Alex, and 3 step great-grandchildren, Leo, Wyatt, and Dalia.

A memorial service will be held at Reynolds & Shivery Funeral Home, 144 East State Street, Quarryville, on Tuesday, April 25th at 12 p.m. with a visitation time from 11 a.m. until the time of service.  Pastor Ron Rush will be officiating.
