Wilma Eileen Plaisted

Wilma Eileen Plaisted, age 84, formerly of Peach Bottom, passed away at the Ware Presbyterian Village on Friday, July 17, 2020.  She was the wife of the late Carl W. Plaisted, who passed away on July 7, 2016. She was born in Philadelphia, daughter of the late Harry & Wilma G. Shute Riegel.  She was of the Lutheran faith.  She enjoyed cooking and bird watching.  Surviving are 3 children:  John husband of Karen Lindsay of Hudson, FL, Valeria E. wife of Charles Pierce of Peach Bottom, Nicholas W. husband of Terry Plaisted of Lancaster, 16 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by 3 siblings:  Virginia Sadowski and twin brothers John William and William John Riegel.  Graveside service will take place at Conestoga Memorial Park, 92 Second Lock Road, Lancaster, PA on Monday, July 27th at 11 a.m.
