William J. Harkins, 84 of Locust Lane, New Providence, PA died Thursday, November 14, 2019 at Lancashire Hall.He was then husband of Jeanette E. Walton Harkins.Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late William and Edna Mae Shank Harkins.
Mr.Harkins had been employed as a milk truck driver for Pennbrook for 30 years.
Surviving beside his wife Jeanette are two daughters, Linda Katz and Donna Ditzel.
