Wilbur L. Martin, age 63 of Lancaster, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 10, 2026.  He was the loving husband of Bonnie M. Shenk Martin who passed away on July 24, 2022.  Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Elva Hunt Martin of Millersville and the late Richard Martin.  Wilbur attended Waypoint Church in Strasburg.  He worked for Quality Custom Cabinetry for 39 years as a maintenance mechanic and worked part time for Dutchway Hardware.  In recent years, Wilbur enjoyed reading, listening to podcasts, and exploring healthy living.  He also loved firearms and challenging himself by fixing just about anything.  Most of all, he loved his family, his grandchildren and the Lord.  Surviving besides his mother Elva are 4 children; Tyler, husband of Amber Martin of Willow Street, Stephanie, wife of Derek Culp of Louisville, KY, Angela Martin of New Providence, Tanner Martin of Lancaster, 9 grandchildren; twins Keegan and Layne, Cora, Ellis, and Wrenley Martin, Judah, Selah, Hadley, and Adelyn Culp and 4 siblings; Cathleen, wife of Glen Long, Richard, husband of Bonnie Martin, Scott, husband of Carole Martin and Daryl, husband of Salena Martin.

Calvary Church and their staff will be hosting a celebration of life service at the church, 1051 Landis Valley Road, Lancaster on Monday, February 16th at 4 p.m.  An informal visitation will be held following the service.  Interment will be held privately in the Byerland Mennonite Cemetery.
