Wade M. Peterson

Wade M. Peterson, age 84, of Peach Bottom, passed away on Wednesday, August 23rd 2023. He was the husband of the late June Peterson. Born in Poplar, North Carolina, he was the son of the late Henry and Bertha Presnell Peterson. Wade spent most of his working career as a mushroom farmer. He is survived by a son, Tracy (Marsha) Peterson, of Peach Bottom 3 sisters: Edna Peterson, Jo Kershner, both of NC and Rhonda Salisbury, of TN. He is preceded in death by 2 brothers: Reid and James Peterson, as well as a sister Olene Wilson.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Wade's memory to the Robert Fulton Fire Company, 2271 Robert Fulton Hwy, Peach Bottom, PA 17563.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Reynolds and Shivery Funeral Home, Quarryville.
