Vivien L. Groff, 95, of Quarryville, PA, passed away, Saturday, January 11, 2014, at Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community.She was the widow of Haines N. Groff who died February 27, 1991.
Vivien had worked as an office clerk for Jerome H.Rhoads, Inc.
She was an 85 year member of Memorial United Methodist Church, Quarryville, PA, where she was very active in their music program.Vivien was a musician, artist, and enjoyed doing crafts.She was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, and mother-in-law.
She was born in Quarryville, PA, a daughter of the late Howard B. and Elsie Rineer LeFevre.
Vivien is survived by 2 children; Gregory Norman Groff, and his wife Roula, Quarryville, and Cinda J. Stoner, and her husband Charles "Cork", Quarryville.She was predeceased by a sister, Beatrice Atwell.
Friends are invited to attend the funeral service on Thursday, January 16, 2014, at 10:00 AM at Reynolds Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., 144 East State Street, Quarryville, PA.There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service from 9-10:00 AM.Burial will follow in Clearfield United Methodist Church Cemetery.
