Vickie Henry

Vickie Henry, 63, went to join her husband Keith with their Lord and Savior on June 9th 2021, at her home in Quarryville. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter to Norma and Robert E. Leed.

As a member of Wesley Church, she brought a Grief Share Program to serve the local community. She also enjoyed attending online services through Grace Community Church. Vickie retired from her position as director of Next Gen

Senior Center in Quarryville. After retirement she enjoyed working part time at Groff's Plant Farm in the annual department.  Vickie loved spending time with her family. Many Sundays were spent with family dinners around her table,being outdoors, and she enjoyed attending her grandkids many activities. Throughout the years she provided homes for rescue dogs.  In addition to her dogs, she enjoyed years of horseback riding, was an avid gardener and used her gift of creativity to make rugs, pottery and most recently yard sculptures out of concrete. Always looking to share these talents, she gave many backyard lessons in her concrete crafting.

Vickie was preceded in death by her husband, Keith. She is survived by her parents, 2 siblings, 2 daughters, and 4 grandchildren.
