Obituary

Tracy Mae Glasco, 64, of Gap, PA, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at The E.E. Manny Murry Center, Mount Joy Hospice and Community Care, Mount Joy, PA. Tracy was born on September 20, 1961, in West Chester, PA, to her late parents Dorinda Jane Glasco and Herman Sylvester Worthington, Sr. Tracy graduated from East Senior High School in West Chester, PA., and from Lancaster Bible College in Lancaster, PA with a B.A. in Women's Ministry. She enjoyed serving the Lord, the Philadelphia Eagles, good food, and laughter.

Tracy spent her working life in many positions that served others. In 2011 she founded "Against All Odds Women's Ministry," a non-profit serving women who were incarcerated and those being released from incarceration. She had been employed at West Chester University in the Housekeeping Department for many years. Additionally, she provided in-home senior care as a Personal Care Assistant for Home Instead, Visiting Angels, a number of private clients, and Tel Hai Retirement Community in Honeybrook, PA. During her employment at Tel Hai, in both 2021 and 2022, Tracy was nominated for the "Customer Service Star" award. And, never settling for the status quo, Tracy's commitment and dedication won her the more prestigious award, "Team Member of the Quarter," in 2022. Tracy will be remembered by many for her loving, skillful service to those in need.

Tracy is survived by one daughter, Sherice M. Love of Coatesville, PA; two sons, Duane Glasco and Keith (Taren) Hales of Coatesville, PA. One son, Michael Hales Sr., preceded her in death. In addition to her parents and son, she was preceded in death by her Stepmother, Cynthia A. Taltoan. Tracy also leaves behind three siblings, all of Coatesville, PA, brothers Herman "Buddy" S. Worthington, Jr., Levi (Leasha) Worthington, and a sister, Nicole "Nicky" Worthington. Also fourteen grandchildren, Quishonta Glasco, Amarri Glasco, Aiden Love, Nahsir Glasco, Emperise Glasco, Laciaire Towles-Glasco, Selah Hales, Keith Hales Jr., Miracle Hales, Kashay Hales, Zahdir Hales, Kailani Hales, Michael Hales Jr., Avantae Frazier, and two great-grandchildren, Elijah Peterson and Beautiful Towles. Tracy was raised by her paternal grandparents, Lydia M. Worthington of West Chester, PA and the late Herman Worthington Sr., and she grew up with her two Aunts, Bertha (Charles) Coleman and Hazel (David Todd) Thornton both of Downingtown, PA; five Uncles, Lemuel "Dink" (Doreen) Worthington of Coatesville, PA, William "Bill" Worthington of Plymouth Meeting, PA, Stephen Worthington of West Chester, PA, Lee (Cynthia) Worthington of Downingtown, PA, Dandridge "Danny" (Julie) Worthington of Clearwater, FL. Tracy also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, including her dear "sister friend" Lavetia "Vee" Cummings Graham of Coatesville, PA.

Memorial Services will be held 10 AM on Saturday, May 16, 2026 hosted by the Second Baptist Worship Center, 857 Lumber Street, Coatesville, PA 19320. Repast will be held in the Fellowship Hall per the family.
