Theresa A. Rowe, 83, of Drumore PA, formerly of New Providence, went with Jesus on October 30, 2015.She was the widow of the late Harold E. Rowe, who passed away in 1991.
Theresa was active in the Quarryville Senior Center where she enjoyed playing bingo, and dancing.She was a neighborhood mother to all of the youth in the New Providence area.
Theresa was a member of the New Providence Baptist Church.
Born in Lancaster, a daughter of the late William and Ellen P. Carrigan Devonshire.
She is survived by 5 children, Susan (Harvey) Barbour, New Providence, Joanne Hayward, Glen Rock, Michael (Carolyn) Abel, Elizabethtown, Tammy Criswell, Drumore,Harold Rowe, Jr., Drumore; 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; 5 siblings, Dorothy Ranck, Robert Devonshire, SylviaMarzean, Shirley Nau, and Joanne Miller. She was predeceased by a great great grandson.She was 1 of 19 children.
Funeral service will be at Reynolds Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. on Wednesday, November 4th,2015 at 11:30 AM.Viewing will be from 10-11:30 AM Wednesday.Burial will be in Riverview Burial Park, Lancaster. www.reynoldsfuneralhome.net.
