Theresa M. Mackes

Theresa M. Mackes, age 96, formerly of Peach Bottom, passed away at the Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community, on Saturday, February 26, 2022. She was the wife of the late Robert Edwin Mackes. She was born in Northampton, PA, daughter of the late John & Theresa Handler Ertl. She was a member of the Little Britain Presbyterian Church and prior to that she was of the Catholic faith. Prior to her marriage she worked for Bell Telephone of New York City. She was a member of the Conowingo Homemakers. She enjoyed bowling, arts & crafts, crossword puzzles and flower gardening. Surviving are her 2 sons: Robert J. Mackes of Richboro, PA, John W. Mackes of Killeen, TX and nieces and nephews.

Services will be at the convenience of the family.
