Thelma E. Hershey

Thelma E. Hershey, age 90, passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at Landis Homes. She was born in Paradise, daughter of the late Amos G. & Edna Groff Hershey.  She was a member of Grace Point Church, Paradise.  In the past she worked at the Strasburg Manufacturing and Sewing Company. She enjoyed reading, sewing, word searches, crosswords, and jigsaw puzzles. She was also a Philadelphia Phillies baseball fan.  She is survived by nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by 5 sisters: Dorothy R. Felpel, Pauline M. Hershey, Evelyn G. Hershey, Gladys H. Burkholder and Arlene G. Hershey.

A private graveside service will take place at the Paradise Mennonite Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Thelma's memory to Grace Point Church, 10 S. Singer Avenue, Paradise, PA 17562.
