Shirley A. "Tiny" Fenninger

Shirley A. "Tiny" Fenninger, age 91, of Ronks, passed away at the Mt. Joy Hospice Center on Thursday, January 30, 2025.  She was the wife of the late Jere Fenninger who passed away on November 26, 2022.  She was born in Georgetown, PA, daughter of the late Graydon & Thelma Reese Murr.  She retired from the former Nickel Mine Store.    She enjoyed working in the yard and most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Surviving are 2 children: Randy E. husband of Shirley Hershey Fenninger of Paradise, Jo Anne wife of Terry Gainer of Holtwood, 4 grandchildren: Amy wife of Sean Duffin, Amanda wife of Fernando Arciniega, Kevin husband of Ashley Fenninger, Kyle husband of Callie Fenninger, 5 great-grandchildren: Colin, Myles, Natalie, Lucas, Dean and a brother Dale "Jake" Murr of Georgetown.  She was preceded in death by 4 siblings: Bill & Glenn Murr, Dorothy Howe and Helen Armer.

A combined funeral service for Jere and Shirley will take place at the Shivery Funeral Home, 111 Elizabeth Street, Christiana, PA,  on Friday, February 7th at 11 a.m., with a viewing time from 10 a.m. until time of service.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hospice & Community Care, P.O.
