Shirley A. Martin

Shirley A. Martin, age 84, of Kinzers, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2020 at Hickory House Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Melvin H. Martin who passed August 27, 2017. She was born in Gordonville, daughter to the late George Sr. and Cora Groff Dippner. She attended Calvary Monument Bible Church. She enjoyed playing cards, driving Amish taxi and socializing with her friends. She is survived by a son, Kenneth L. Martin of Kinzers, 2 siblings: George J. Jr. husband of Geraldine Trago Dippner of Gap, and F. Pat Rohrer of Quarryville. She was preceded in death by 6 siblings: Donald Dippner, Virginia Yates, Emily Dippner, Robert Dippner,, Charles Dippner, and Betty Cumminings. Burial will take place in Calvary Monument Cemetery at the convenience of the family. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
