Shirley M. Anderson, age 93, formerly of Gap, passed away at Ephrata Manor on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.  She was the wife of the late Irvin W. "Red" Anderson who passed away on December 29, 2016.  She was born in Cambria County, PA, daughter of the late Clair E. & Catherine L. Fry Brown.  She was a member of Bellevue Presbyterian Church of Gap.  She was devoted to her family and loved doing crafts, sewing and crocheting.  Surviving are 4 children:  Thomas J. husband of Sabine Flotow Anderson of Sweetwater ,TN, Jeffrey W. husband of Cindy Gottshall Anderson of Athens,TN  Jeannette L. "Jan" wife of Dan Keeseman of Gap, Lorie J. wife of Darly Kostyk of Aiken, SC, 17 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, 21 great great grandchildren.  Siblings:  Ronald J. husband of the late Jean Brown of Vintondale, PA Catherine wife of the late Lynn Woodling of Nanty Glo, PA, Joyce wife of Clinton Echrode of Florida, Paulette wife of the late Dave Bracken of Strongstown, PA.  She was preceded in death by 2 daughters: Paula S. Tanega,Sherry L. Stoltzfus and 5 sisters.

Interment will take place at the convenience of the family in the Bellevue Presbyterian Cemetery.
