Sally M. Stees

Sally M. Stees, age 83, passed away at the home of her son on Saturday, April 20, 2024.  She was the wife of the late John Peter Stees, who passed away on December 2, 2022.  She was born in Kansas City, MO, daughter of the late Harry & Jane Chiles McFarland.  In the past she had worked as a dog groomer and massage therapist.  She loved animals.  Surviving are 2 sons:  Peter Hutchinson Stees of Atglen, Andrew Clinton husband of Sara Smith Stees of Havre de Grace, MD, 3 grandchildren, 2 siblings:  Judy wife of Bob Adams of Lincoln, MA and Bill husband of Sharon McFarland of Pottstown, PA.

A memorial service celebrating the lives of John & Sally Stees will take place at the Shivery Funeral Home, 111 Elizabeth Street, Christiana, PA,  on Saturday, May 4th at 2 p.m. with a casual time of sharing.  There will be a time to greet the family from 1 p.m. until time of service.
