Ruth G. Snyder

Ruth G. Snyder, 97, of Quarryville PA, formerly of New Providence, PA passed away on Wednesday, March 7, 2018, at Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community.
Born in New Providence PA, she was a daughter of the late Carl G. and Emma Doulin Aukamp.
Ruth had retired as an inspector with the Lampeter Plastics Division of Exide Corp.
She was a member of Smithville Church of God.Ruth enjoyed flower arranging, traveling, and spending time with her family.An excellent baker, she was well known for her apple pies, and German chocolate cakes.
She is survived by 2 daughters, Denise Warfel, Kirkwood, Elaine Vernon, Oakland, TN, 3 grandchildren: Beth Holloway, Joshua Warfel, Jeremy Warfel, 4 great grandchildren:Alexis Warfel, Dominyck Warfel, Annalise Warfel, Lorien Holloway, Siblings:Rose Roten, Raymond Aukamp, Mabel Gebhart, and Marlene McCrabb.She was predeceased by 2 sisters and 2 brothers.
Friends are invited to attend funeral services at Reynolds Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., 144 East State Street, Quarryville, on Friday, March 9, 2018, at 10:00 AM. with pastor Blake Deibler officiating.
