Russel L. Neff

Russel L Neff, 73, a resident of Lancaster, PA, died Thursday afternoon from a lengthy illness. Born August 22, 1946, he was the son of the late Cecil and Martha Neff.He is preceded in death by his brothers Bill and Cecil Neff, and his wife Brenda Neff.Russel is survived by his wife Judy Jefferson and her daughters Barbara Haun and Melissa Ralph, his daughters Martha Wortwick and Penny Neff. He has many grandchildren and great grandchildren.He was loved and will be missed.
