Ronald G. Parent Jr., 37, of New Providence, PA died on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at Lancaster General Hospital following a lengthy illness.
He was born in Bethlehem, PA the son of son of Ronald G. and Patricia Michael Parent, Sr. of New Providence with whom he resided.
Ron was a member of the Ancient Order of Croaking Frogs, Quarryville, the American Legion Post #0298 of Mifflintown, PA, the Patapsco Lodge #183 DeMolay where he served two terms as Master Council.He was a former member of Patapsco United Methodist Church and attended Middle Octorara Presbyterian Church, Quarryville, PA.
He enjoyed camping, fishing, playing videos games, and his nephew and nieces, Gabe, Skyler, Addison, and Paityn.
Surviving beside his parents are his sister Jodi (Richard) Meadows of Quarryville, and his half- sister Kimberly (John) Horvath of Nazareth, PA.
