Romaine E. Rubincam

Romaine E. Rubincam, age 96 of Paradise, PA, left this world for a better place on Thursday, July 24, 2025.  She was the wife of the late Edgar L. Rubincam who passed away on February 19, 1997.  They were married for 49 years before his passing. She was born in Paradise, daughter of the late Samuel L. & Carrie K. Snyder Wasson.  She was a member of Bellevue Presbyterian Church of Gap.  She worked for the former Bird-Mor Factory Outlet of Bird In Hand, the former Schick Inc of Lancaster and  M & N Garment Factory of Bart, PA.  Surviving are 3 sons:  Barry L. husband of Tonja Rubincam of Strasburg, Larry "Dean" Rubincam of Paradise, Gary A. husband of Kathy Rubincam of Strasburg.  She was Nana to 11 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a daughter Sonja F. Hersh, grandson Christopher Lee Hersh, great grandson David Joseph "DJ" Dohrmann and 2 sisters.

Funeral service will take place from Shivery Funeral Home, 111 Elizabeth Street, Christiana, PA, on Friday, August 1st at 11 a.m. with a viewing time from 10 a.m. until time of service.  Interment will take place in the Kinzer Mennonite Cemetery.
