Rhoda E. Landis, age 96 of Landis Homes, Lititz, formerly of Strasburg, peacefully entered into the loving arms of Jesus on Monday, February 12, 2024. She was the wife of Benjamin B. Landis to whom she was married for 68 years until his death in 2015.

For 37 years, Rhoda kept the books and answered the phone for her husbands custom crop spraying business while raising 4 children, tending a large garden and keeping her home running smoothly. She was a dedicated homemaker and a gracious hostess who was at her best when serving a house full of guests.
Rhoda was loved by her children, and was adored by her 9 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. She treasured occasions with family at their "Twin Log Lodge" in Sullivan County. She looked forward to cooking for the hunters!

The family is grateful to, and thankful for the staff of Lititz House, Lancaster House, and Oregon House of Landis Homes and the Staff of Hospice, for the loving care provided to Rhoda for the last years and weeks of her life.
