Ray R. Rineer

Ray R. Rineer, 79, of Willow Street PA, passed away on March 22, 2016.He was the husband of Gloria Stonesifer Rineer.That had been married for 59 years.
Ray had been a heavy equipment operator for 55 years where he was a proud, loyal, dedicated employee of the Andrews Excavating Corp.
Born in Smithville PA, a son of the late John C. and Mary Warfel Rineer.
Ray was an active member of the Smithville Church of God, here he had served as usher, trustee, and deacon.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and going to the mountains.
In addition to his wife Gloria, he is survived by 2 sons; Stephen (Donna) Rineer, Marticville, Gary (Lori) Rineer, Pequea, 4 grandchildren; Daryl, Douglas, Kristi, Austin, 2 great grandchildren; Ella, Isaac, 2 sisters; Ruth (Harold) Sangrey, and Nancy (Jack) Benedict.He was predeceased by 6 siblings; Freeda, Edna, Martin, Paul, Walter, Earl.He will also be deeply missed by his best friend Tater.
Funeral services will be held at Smithville Church of God, 595 Pennsy Road, New Providence, PA on Tuesday, March 29, 2016, at 10:00 AM. with Pastor Dean White officiating. Interment will be in the Smithville Church of God Cemetery.Viewings will be held Monday from 6-8:00 PM at Reynolds Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., 144 East State Street, Quarryville, PA and on Tuesday from 9-10:00 AM at the church.www.reynoldsfuneralhome.net.
