Rae M. Haldeman, age 64, of Peach Bottom, PA, passed away at the Lancaster General Hospital on Saturday, February 25, 2023 surrounded by his 2 daughters and their mother,  Sheila Jones. He was born in Quarryville, son of the late Robert Lee & Dorothy Marie Lefever Haldeman.  He worked for Lancaster Fertilizer Plant, Fisher Steel Corporation, Powell Steel Corporation (almost 20 years) and throughout his life he enjoyed farming.  He was a hard working country boy at heart, who enjoyed hunting, John Deere tractors and collecting old bottles.  Surviving are 2 daughters:  Amanda M. companion of James Chambers of Peach Bottom, Courtney E. companion of Aaron Gregor, 3 grandchildren:  Alexander Gregor, Isabella Haldeman-Chambers, Everleigh Gregor, 5 siblings:  Robert (Sue) Haldeman, Jr., Annie (James) Hess, Stella Labezius, Guy (Tracy) Haldeman, Rowena (Bob) Kenneson. He was preceded in death by 3 siblings:  Marie (Dana) Gainer, Roy (Cole) Haldeman, Ira (Joanne) Haldeman and his life long best friend, Jay Hash.

A graveside service will take place at the Drumore Friends Burial Grounds, 1471 Susquehannock Drive, Drumore, PA on Saturday, March 4th at 10 a.m. with a viewing time from 9:30 a.m. until time of service.  Pastor Blake Deibler will be officiating.
