Rachelle M. "Shelly" Yeager

Rachelle M. "Shelly" Yeager, age 59 of Parkesburg, passed away on Monday, April 14, 2025 at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.  Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of  H. Richard Clifford and Shirley Haws Clifford of Coatesville.  Rachelle loved spending time with her daughter, Erica N. Yeager of Coatesville and her 3 grandchildren, Justina, Ciara and Gracey Peters.  Surviving along with her daughter and grandchildren are 6 siblings, Beth Shephard, Melissa, Cindy, Josh, Danny and Mark Clifford.  She was preceded in death by a brother, H. Richard Clifford.
