Rachel Stoltzfus, age 89, of 54 S. Vintage Road, Paradise, passed away on Wednesday, January 7, 2026.  She was the wife of the late John K. Stoltzfus.  Born in Gordonville, she was the daughter of the late John U. and Sylvia Lapp Lapp.  Rachel was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.  She is survived by 5 children: Linda wife of Ira Stoltzfus of Gap, Jonas husband of Naomi Stoltzfus Stoltzfus of Gap, Elmer husband of Mary King Stoltzfus, Samuel husband of Sara Beiler Stoltzfus, both of Paradise, Sylvia wife of Raymond Petersheim of Lykens, PA, 58 grandchildren, 61 great-grandchildren, and 3 siblings: Hannah wife of the late Samuel Glick of Gap, Sylviann wife of Samuel King of Mill Hall, PA, Moses husband of Lizzie King Lapp of Danville, and a sister-in-law Elizabeth Stoltzfus of Kinzer.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Elmer, late husband of Susie Fisher Lapp of Coatesville, 2 sisters: Verna King, Elizabeth Stoltzfus, and a grandson Elmer Stoltzfus.

Funeral service will take place at the late home, 54 S. Vintage Road, Paradise, on Friday, January 9, at 10 a.m. with interment in the Millwood Amish Cemetery.  Friends may call from the time of this notice until time of service.
