Paul L. Mills, Jr. of Mount Joy and formerly of Strasburg, PA died on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.  He was born on January 5, 1944 in Alexandria, LA where his father was stationed in the US Army.  He was the son of Paul L. Mills, Sr. and Arline Jackson Mills (Cook).

He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Statler Mills; two daughters, Kathryn Mills Lutz married to Mark J. Lutz, Karen Mills Reinhart married to J. Andrew Reinhart; three grandchildren Mark James Lutz, Jr., Justin Teague Reinhart, and Victoria Grace Reinhart; a sister Diane Dando; and two brothers, Clifton Mills and Jeffrey Mills; and several nieces and nephews. Paul's children and grandchildren were the light of his life!

Paul was of the Presbyterian faith.

Paul proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from 1962-1966. After his military service, he graduated from Slippery Rock College with a degree in Physical Education.  He taught Physical Education in the School District of Lancaster for nearly thirty years.  He was also a PIAA basketball official.  After his retirement, he worked at High Steel Transit for 22 years.

In keeping with Paul's wishes, inurnment will be private at the convenience of the family.  Kindly omit flowers. Memorial donations may be made in his memory to the Veteran's Organization of your choice.  Arrangements entrusted to Murray A. Miller.
