Patricia J. Shank

Patricia J. Shank, 88, formerly of Lancaster, died Sunday, February 25, 2018 at her home in Port Orange, FL following a brief illness.She was the wife of Laverne M. Shank. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late James and Elsie McCombs Fahey.
A homemaker, she had previously been employed by Lancaster Credit Bureau.She was a former member of both Faith E.C. Church and Lampeter United Methodist Church.
Patricia enjoyed reading and was a very avid and fanatical baseball fan. She also enjoyed her daily soap operas, especially Days of Our Lives.
Surviving beside her husband are two children, Laverne M. Shank, Jr., Donna A. Sheaffer; 2 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.She was preceded in death by a sister Dorothy Fahey.
Funeral services will be held at Reynolds Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., 144 East State Street, Quarryville, PA on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at 2:00PM with Rev. David Heffner officiating.Interment will follow in Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery.A viewing will be held from 1:00PM until the time of service.
