Patricia L. McGinn, age 70 of Willow Street, PA, passed away at the Penn State Health Medical Center on Monday, February 26, 2024.  She was the wife of Thomas D. McGinn with whom she celebrated 37 years of marriage on May 17th.  She was born in Lancaster, daughter of the late E. Clifford Jr. and Shirley Skethway White. She graduated from Conestoga Valley High School.   She worked as a billing coordinator  for Lancaster General Hospital.  She was a Pittsburgh Steelers fan, enjoyed flower gardening, going to the beach and her pets.  She was an active member of the Millersville VFW.  Surviving besides her husband are 2 children:  Connor R. husband of Whitney Hawkins McGinn of Columbia, Brenna McGinn-Kleman wife of Joseph Kleman of Anchorage, Alaska, granddaugher Rory Kleman.  She was preceded in death by a brother Douglas E. White.  A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
