Miriam J. Walton-Pownall, 90, of Lancaster died Sunday, September 17, 2017 at Manor Care.
She was the widow of William K. Walton and LaVerne S. Pownall.Born in Manor Township she was the daughter of the late Charles H. Frey and Anna B. Frey.
An immaculate homemaker, Miriam enjoyed raising her family, her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
She was a member of Little Britain Presbyterian Church and the Fulton Grange.
Surviving her are 3 children, Charles F. (Dolly) Walton of Drumore, Lucinda (Richard, Jr) Hoover of Lancaster, Lugene H. Walton of Lancaster; 3 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and 3 sisters.
She was preceded in death by a son William K. Walton, Jr, 3 brothers and a sister.
A graveside service will be held at Little Britain Presbyterian Cemetery, 255 Little Britain Church Road, Quarryville, PA on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 11:00AM.Kindly omit flowers.Casual attired is requested.
