Mike Wood

Mike Wood, age 62, of Kinzers, passed away on January 19, 2021 at his home due to a heart attack. He was the husband of Patty Wood and the late Terry Wood. He was born in Maryland son of the late Thomas and Patricia Ream Wood. He enjoyed Hunting, fishing, NASCAR, watching the eagles and the Phillies, doing jigsaw puzzles, but most of all enjoyed spending time with his family. Surviving besdies his wife are 7 sisters: Debrah wife of Jeff Leed of Reinholds, Julana wife of Michael Snyder of Lebanon, Judy Bartay of Texas, Virginia wife of Terry Weightman of Vermont, Enda wife of Jerry Coleman of Quarryville, Catheryn wife of David Garman of Lancaster, Patricia Wood, 1 brother Thomas Wood, lots of nieces and nephews, 3 foster siblings, Karen wife of Bob Weitzel, Kendall husband of Deb, and Robert Imler, all of Bedford, PA. He was preceded in death by 2 children: Patricia Wood and Charles Wood and his foster parents Charles and Ora Imler.

Services will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Shivery Funeral Home, P.O. Box 62, Paradise, PA, 17652, to help with the funeral expenses.
