Michael Edward "Pete" Mcdonough

Michael Edward "Pete" McDonough, age 84, of Quarryville, passed away at Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community on Wednesday, August 30, 2023.

He was the husband of the late Marcia Dills McDonough who passed away on March 22, 2023. Born in Uniontown, PA he was the son of the late Helen Lucille Hay Coldren.

Pete received his Bachelor's degree in education from California State Teachers College.  He retired from Solanco School District where he was employed as a history teacher for 30 years.

Pete was an accomplished trap shooter and an outdoorsman.

He is survived by a sister-in-law Patricia Radovich of Hopwood, PA, a niece Kristen (Colby) Brooks and their children Dominic & Olivia of Farmington, PA, and a nephew David (Jennifer) Radovich and their children Joshua & Glanna of New Salem, PA.
