Mary Jo Wiggins

Mary Jo Wiggins, age 87, of New Providence, loving wife, mother, and grandmother was welcomed into the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, May 12, 2021.  She was the wife of the late Richard L. Wiggins, Sr. who died November 11, 2018.  Born in Maxwelton, WV she was the daughter of the late Levi Prince and Velma Darlington Fitzwater.

A homemaker, Mary Jo enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, and spending time with her family.

Surviving her are 6 children, Richard (Vicky) Wiggins, Jr., Brenda Adams, Linda (jerry) Roland, Pam (Jeff) Harsh, William (Angie) Wiggins, Betty (Mike) Waltman; 17 grandchildren;  several great grandchildren; a sister Beulah Mae Humphrey; and a sister in law Delma Fitzwater.

Mary Jo was preceded in death by a son-in-law Tom Adams

The family would like to thank the staff at Hospice and Community Care for the excellent care extended to their mother. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Mary Jo's memory to Hospice and Community Care, P.O. Box 4125, Lancaster, PA 17604-4125.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
