Mary J. Perkins, 71, of Lancaster, PA, entered into rest on Saturday, November 8, 2014.
Mary was a homemaker, where she touched the lives of generations of children, and was always active in the lives of her family. She enjoyed entertaining, flowers, and the beach were some of her many passions.She was a member of Conestoga Valley Church of Christ.
She was born in Manassas, VA., a daughter of the late Oscar and Minnie Sheets Blevins.
She is survived by 3 children; Rose wife of Terry Snyder of Elizabethtown, Bill Perkins, Jr. of Marietta, Donna Perkins-Grimecy of Conestoga, PA, and their father, William Perkins, Sr. Elizabethtown., her grandchildren; Samantha Snyder,Hannah, Kyra, Brian Perkins, Connor Grimecy, siblings; Pauline (James) Duvall of Rising Sun, MD, Margaret (Barry) Axe of Quarryville, PA, andTracy (Martha) Blevins of Quarryville, PA. She was preceded in death by a son, Robert Wesley Perkins, and 5 brothers; June, Clarence (Pete), David, Walter, and Stephen Blevins.
The Funeral Service will be held at Little Britain Presbyterian Church, 255 Little Britain Church Road, Peach Bottom, PA on Friday, November 14, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. The burial will be in Little Britain Presbyterian Cemetery.Visitations will be held at Reynolds Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. 144 East State Street, Quarryville, PA on Thursday from 6:00-8:00 PM and at the church on Friday from 10:00-11:00 AM.
