Marian I. Wilson, age 103, passed away on Monday, September 9, 2024 at the Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community.  She was the wife of the late William A. Wilson, Sr, who passed away on February 6, 2004.  She was born in Elkton, MD, daughter of the late Leiper & Elizabeth Bradley Jackson. She was a member of Freedom Life and Middle Octorara Presbyterian Church.  In the past, she was a graduate of the Lancaster School of Cosmetology following high school, and late in her life she worked at Precision Time Watch Factory in Strasburg.  She enjoyed Bible studies, making ceramics, cooking, picnics at  Muddy Run, going to the mountains in Clinton County and most of all being with her family.  Surviving are two children:  Carol L. wife of Robert C. Born of Chicago, IL, Dennis L. husband of Linda Conrad Wilson of Lancaster, 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a daughter Dotty "Jane" wife of Robert J. Erb of Strasburg, a son William A. Wilson, Jr and 7 siblings:  Dotty Brown, Sarah Ann Myer, Anne Weaver, Hazel Walton, Horace, Andrew and Robert Jackson.

A funeral service will take place at Reynolds & Shivery Funeral Home, 144 East State Street, Quarryville, PA, on Saturday, September 14th at 11 a.m. with Pastor Mark King officiating.  There will also be a viewing time on Saturday morning from 10 a.m. until the time of service.  Interment will be at 2:30 in the Little Britain Presbyterian Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Marian's honor to Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community Kinsman Fund, 625 Robert Fulton Highway, Quarryville, PA 17566.
