Margaret R. Bakun

Margaret R. Bakun, age 98, formerly of Ronks, passed away at Conestoga View on Wednesday, October 7, 2020. She was the wife of the late John M. Bakun, who passed away on September 24, 2007. She was born in Bath, PA, daughter of the late Jethrow J. Sr., & Mary Ellen Deveraux James. She was of the Catholic faith and was know as a prayer warrior. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, crocheting, knitting and her cats. In the past she volunteered at the New Holland Reuzit Shop. At Conestoga View she was a member of the Golden Girls and enjoyed the activities and going on bus trip sponsored by the home. Surviving is a daughter in law: Judith A. Foose Bakun of Gordonville and a grandson Matthew C. Bakun of Gordonville. She was preceded in death by her son Richard J. Bakun and a brother Jethrow J.
