M. Eileen Siedhof Kurtz, age 91, passed away to her heavenly home with Jesus on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at Brethren Village. She was the wife of the late Willis J. Kurtz for 66 years before his death in 2020.  She was born in Intercourse, daughter of the late Elmer F. and Mildred S. Beam Siedhof. She is survived by a daughter, Julie D. Kurtz of Lancaster, a sister, June Hoover wife of the late Frank Hoover of Gap, 2 half sisters: Helen wife of Dan Buckwalter of Alaska and Judi Nauman of Virginia. She was preceded in death by son John D. Kurtz in 2004. She graduated McCaskey High School, class of 1952.  She was a member of Intercourse United Methodist Church for 72 years, a former Sunday School and Bible School teacher and involved in the Women's Fellowship.  She was formerly employed as a seamstress for the SLC Corporation and retired from Martin's Draperies and Interiors.  She enjoyed homemaking, sewing, gardening, painting, decorating, care giving and the great outdoors. She delighted in the young people who were part of her life, was a friend to many and had a kind and gracious soul. Memorial service will take place from Brethren Village Chapel, 3009 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA on Monday, October 27th at 2 pm with a time to greet the family from 1 pm until time of service.

Private Interment will take place in Intercourse United Methodist Cemetery. The family is grateful for the compassionate care she received from UPMC Lititz, Brethren Village and Hospice and Community Care.
