Lillian T. Smoker

Lillian T. Smoker, age 65, of 16 Cattail Road, Gordonville, passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at home.  She was the wife of John M. Smoker.  Born in Bird in Hand, she was the daughter of Amos S. husband of Rebecca F. Huyard Smoker and the late Lydia S. Petersheim Smoker.  She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. Lillian worked at Emma's popcorn and loved Florida sunshine and spending time with her children and grandchildren.  In addition to her husband, she is survived by 4 children: Thelma M. wife of Johnnie Beiler of Strasburg, Jason L. husband of Nichole R. Glessner Smoker of New Holland, John D. "Chipper" Smoker of Lancaster, James M. Smoker at home, 6 grandchildren: Elijah, Olivia, Kaylene, Lillian, Addison, Eden, and 5 siblings: Sally G. wife of Samuel Stoltzfus of Gap, Samuel J. husband of Marie Angeline Smoker of Narvon, John D. husband of Mary Ellen Stoltzfus Smoker of Coatesville, Martha A. wife of Jacob Dienner of Gordonville, Mary J. wife of John Harnish of Viroqua, WI.  She was preceded in death by a nephew Christopher Dienner.

Funeral service will take place at the home of Daniel Zook, 10 Cattail Road, Gordonville on Thursday, June 12 at 9 a.m. EST with interment in the Gordonville Amish Cemetery.  Friends may call at the late home from the time of this notice until time of service.
