Lillian F. Miller, 78, of Quarryville, PA, passed away on Tuesday, January 27, 2015.She was the widow of the late Thomas W. Miller who passed away in 1999.Born in Wythe County, VA, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Flora May Rich Bridges.
Lillian had worked as a seamstress.
She was a member of the American Legion, Rising Sun, MD.
Lillian enjoyed traveling.She was a good friend to the Amish community, and always willing to offer a helping hand to anyone in need.
She is survived by3 children; FrankUnderwoodof Quarryville, PA,MarySellecchiaof Buckingham, PA, MarieWilliamsof Abingdon, VA, brother, FreddieBridgesofVA., 18 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by 2 sons; Robert Anderson, Timothy Underwood and her sister Mozelle Bodan.
The Funeral Service will be held at Reynolds Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., 144 East State Street, Quarryville, PA on Saturday, 1/31/2015 at 2:00 PM.The burial will be in Quarryville Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
