Leroy M. Stoltzfus

Leroy M. Stoltzfus, age 86 of Gap, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, June 19, 2026. He was the husband of Naomi Stoltzfoos Stoltzfus for 64 years. Born in Gap, he was the son of the late Sol and Sadie Stoltzfus Stoltzfus. He was a member of West Haven Amish Mennonite Church. Leroy worked as a dairy farmer for many years, and then worked at Material Resources Center in Ephrata for 20 years. His children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren knew they were loved and important to him. He always asked what was going on in their lives. His daily walks at Gap Park were done no matter the weather. Surviving besides his wife are 4 children; Marian, wife of Samuel Stoltzfus of Parkesburg, Ann, wife of J.R. Fisher of Manheim, Kathryn, wife of Marvin Fisher of Woodstown, NJ, and Mark, husband of Priscilla Fidler Stoltzfus of Gap, 18 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 2 sisters; Sarah, wife of Aaron Glick, Lydia, wife of the late Jonathan Lapp, and 3 sisters-in-law; Sara, wife of the late Leon Ebersol, Rebecca, wife of the late Amos Stoltzfus and Nancy, wife of the late Sol Stoltzfus and Amos Beiler. He was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Stephen, Amos and Sol, and a sister, Nancy Ebersol. Funeral service will take place at West Haven Amish Mennonite Church, 837 Peters Road, New Holland, on Monday, June 22nd at 10 a.m. A viewing will be held at the church on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and again from 6 to 8 p.m. Interment will be held in the adjoining church cemetery.
