Larry G. Rhinier

Larry G. Rhinier, 79, of River Road, Holtwood, PA died Saturday, June 15, 2019 at Lancaster General Hospital following a brief illness. He and his wife Marian E. Fryberger Rhinier celebrated 14 years of marriage.Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Walter L. and Irene Rohm Rhinier.
Larry owned and operated Rhinier's Garage in Lancaster.He then was employed by H&F Tire and A&R Tire in sales and recycling.
He was an avid toy train collector.
Surviving beside his wife Marian is a son Timothy D. Rhinier; 2 grandchildren; 6 step grandchildren; 3 step great grandchildren; 2 step children, William C. Alexander, Jr., and Toni L. Alexander.
He was preceded in death by his first wife Evelyn M. Wiggins Rhinier who died in 2000, a son Ross W. Rhinier who died in 1972; a sister Irene Carter and 2 brothers Eugene "Bro" Rhinier and Ernest J. Rhinier.
A viewing will be held at Reynolds Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., 144 East State Street, Quarryville, PA on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 from 6:00-8:00PM.
