L. Noreene Stephan

L. Noreene Stephan, age 72 of Kinzers, passed away on Monday, August 10, 2026 at the Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Kermit and Pauline Tipton Fletcher. She worked for The Bay Window in Kinzers, Pequea Valley School in the cafeteria and for Rohrer Seeds. In her free time, Noreene loved crocheting, playing FarmVille and pinochle and socializing. Surviving her are 2 sons; T. Matthew, husband of Sharlene Movinsky Stephan of Grampian, PA, Cory D., companion of Allison Shaffer of Kinzers, 3 grandchildren; Jamie, Jason and Quinten Stephan, and 2 siblings; Larry, husband of Lori Fletcher of Lancaster and Merry, wife of Brian Miller of New Holland. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Kyle D. Stephan and 4 siblings; Paulette Fletcher, late companion of Eugene Roy of Greenville, TN, Kermit Dale Fletcher, Alisa Mitchell, late wife of the late Dennis Mitchell and Gary Lee Fletcher. 

A memorial service will be held at Shivery Funeral Home, 3214 Lincoln Highway East, Paradise, on Friday, August 14th at 7 p.m. with a time to greet the family from 6 p.m. until the time of service.
