Kathryn Mae Minder
Kathryn Mae Minder, 84, formerly of Lampeter, died Thursday, February 28, 2019 at Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community where she resided for the last 6 years.Born in Manheim, PA she was the daughter of the late George and Ida Herr Forrey.
Kathy had been employed as a bookkeeper for the former Minder's Groundcover Nursery in Lampeter.
She was a member of the Lampeter Ladies Auxiliary where she served as past president.
Kathy is survived by two children, Stephanie Sauder of Lancaster and G. Edward, III wife of Judy Minder of Lancaster; two grandsons, Eric Minder and Brent husband of Jen Minder; a brother George Forrey and a sister Alice Gibble.
The family wishes to thank both the staff of Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community and Willow Tree Hospice for the excellent care extended to their mother.
A private traditional graveside service will be held at Landisville Mennonite Cemetery.Those who desire may make contributions in Kathryn's memory to Willow Tree Hospice, 616 East Cypress Street, Kennett Square, PA 19348.
