Kaitlynn I. Sturgill

Kaitlynn I. Sturgill, age 30, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2025 at University of Maryland Hospital.  Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of Donna D. Burton Barlow of Quarryville and the late Archie D. Sturgill, Jr.  Kaitlynn was a graduate of Solanco High School Class of 2013.  She loved the color purple, music, and being in nature.  She was a past 4-H Rough Riders member with her horse Nugget.  In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter Raelynn M. Sturgill, 2 brothers Joseph F. Sturgill, fiancé of Mary Negron, of Columbia, Tyler D. Sturgill, finacé Bailey Lausch, of New Holland, 2 nephews and 1 niece.  She was preceded in death by a half brother Anthonie C. Sturgill.

Funeral service will be on Sunday, August 24 at 3 p.m. at Reynolds and Shivery Funeral Home, 144 East State Street, Quarryville, with a viewing from 2 p.m. until time of service.  Please feel free to dress casually.  Interment will be in the Union Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
