Justin E. Smith

Justin Edward Smith, age 36 of West Grove, passed away on Monday, June 8, 2026 at the Chester County Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in West Chester, he was the son of Teresa Leszczynski of West Grove and James Smith of Bluffton, SC. He was a member of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish. He graduated from Avon Grove High School and received a bachelor’s degree in Business and a minor in Health Science from West Chester University. Justin worked for his parents business in management at Visiting Angels before moving to Hawaii and managing a surfboard delivery business. More recently he owned and started Sunblaze Solutions where he would install robot mowers. He also grew, foraged and sold mushrooms and he made CBD oils for inflammation and homemade treats to calm and help animals. Justin was an excellent musician helping to write and produce many songs for his band Sunblaze Lane. He was very natural minded and cared heavily for the environment and holistic health. Justin also loved the Philadelphia Eagles, cooking, hiking, surfing, skiing and camping. In addition to his parents, Justin is survived by beloved sister; Michelle Smith of Annapolis, MD, and grandmothers; Catherine E. Leszczynski of Downingtown, PA and Jean M Smith of Summerfield, FL.

 A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 955 Robert Fulton Highway, Quarryville, on Saturday, June 13th at 12 p.m. with Reverend Christopher Rogers as celebrant. There will be a viewing at the church on Saturday from 11 a.m. until the time of service. Final Commendation and Farewell will be in the St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Cemetery immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Justin’s honor to Maui United Way to assist in the restoration from the devastating fires in Lahaina, mauiunitedway.org
