June A. McCall

June A. McCall, age 68, of Drumore, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, September 18, 2026. She was the loving wife of Earl McCall.

Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Ronald Swayne and Anna Reed Swayne, long time partner of John Rineer. June worked as a Pharmacy Technician for Quarryville Drug. She enjoyed collecting and selling trinkets, shopping at thrift stores, and, most of all, spending time with her family.

Surviving in addition to her husband are her daughter, Annie, wife of Jake Bachman of Quarryville; two grandchildren, Carley and Valerie Bachman; and three siblings, Ronald “Diz” Swayne of New Providence, Rose, wife of George Rhoads of Willow Street, and Caroline, wife of Ralph Hawk of Quarryville.

She was preceded in death by four siblings: Ken Swayne, husband of Barb Swayne of New Providence; Barb Haddon, wife of Richard Haddon of Quarryville; John “Bull” Swayne, husband of Rose Swayne of Quarryville; and Bill Swayne, husband of Cheryl Ruhl-Swayne Amey of Lancaster.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice and Community Care, P.O. Box 4125 Lancaster, PA 17604 in June’s memory.  Services will be at the convenience of the family.
