Joyce E. Kinsey, age 84 of Paradise, passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loved ones.  She was the wife of the late Kenneth K. Kinsey, Sr. for nearly 65 years before his passing on April 24, 2024.  Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Charles Sr. and Mary Lintner Braungard.  She graduated from Solanco High School, class of 1958.  She retired from the Bird-In-Hand Family Inn.  In her free time, Joyce loved doing crossword puzzles, reading, flower gardening and spending time with her grandchildren and her cats.  Surviving are 3 children; Krisy, wife of Kelso Haugh of Brogue, Kenneth K. Jr., husband of Joy Kinsey of Armonk, NY, Kathy, wife of Norman Edwards of Honey Brook, 3 grandchildren, Kassie Edwards, Kelsy Haugh, Colin Kinsey, a great grandchild, Zephyr Reppert, 2 siblings; Charles Braungard II of Ronks, Darlene Crespo of Lancaster, and a devoted nephew, Bucky Mowrer.  She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary "Sis" Mowrer.
