Jonathan D. King, age 69 of 40 Queen Road, Gordonville, passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at his home. He was the husband Susie E. Fry King. He was born in Gordonville, son of the late Jonathan F. and Sarah Smucker King. He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. Surviving besides his wife are 5 children: Anna Mary wife of Ivan D. King of East Earl, Daniel Ray husband of Linda Faith Beiler King of Narvon, Elmer Dean husband of Susan Louise Esh King of Quarryville, Katie Mae wife of Samuel D. Kauffman Jr. of New Holland, Kathryn Lynn wife of Carlos Coy Esh of Willow Street, 25 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and 3 siblings: Katie wife of the late John S. King of Kinzers, Fannie S. wife of the late Samuel S. King of Drumore, and Leroy S. husband of Mary Beiler King of Gordonville. He was preceded in death by a son, Jonathan G. Jr., and 2 brothers: Gideon S. King and Aaron S. King late husband of Susan Schwartz King of Gordonville.

Funeral Service will take place from the home of Jonas Petersheim, 201 Belmont Road, Gordonville, on Thursday, April 4th at 12 p.m. EST. Interment will be in the Gordonville Amish Cemetery. Friends may call the late home from time of this notice until time of service.
